Microsoft 365 and cloud migrations for businesses in Singapore and APAC
PTS helps small and mid-sized businesses move to the cloud with confidence. From implementing Microsoft 365 to migrating off ageing servers or VMware, we plan the work carefully, keep users productive during the change, and hand over a tidy environment that is easy to run.
Whether you are starting fresh, consolidating workloads, or moving between cloud platforms, we deliver practical outcomes with clear ownership — including cloud backups and cloud-to-cloud backups so your data stays protected.

What does a cloud migration involve in Singapore?
A cloud migration moves your email, files, applications and identities from on-premises servers — or another cloud — onto a platform such as Microsoft 365 or Azure. A typical Singapore migration covers discovery and planning, right-sized licensing, data migration in a defined order, a planned cutover with rollback, and a documented handover.
Most SME migrations we run follow the same shape:
- Discovery and planning — we map what you have, what it costs to run, and what a sensible target platform looks like before any data moves.
- Migration in a defined order — mailboxes, shared drives, SharePoint sites and user identities moved in a sequence that minimises downtime.
- Planned cutover — agreed cutover windows, clear comms to users, and a rollback plan in case anything needs to be paused.
- Tidy handover — documentation of the new environment so your team (or ours) can run it without guesswork.
Migration is the start, not the end. Once you’re live, the environment needs day-to-day administration, independent backup and ongoing security hardening — we scope all three as part of the migration plan so nothing is left to chance.
What we cover
Microsoft 365 Implementation & Administration
Practical Microsoft 365 setup, day-to-day administration and Microsoft 365 support for SMEs. Built properly from the start so users get the tools they need without the usual misconfigurations.
- Tenant setup and configuration Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive configured around how your business actually works.
- Identity and access Entra ID (Azure AD) users, groups, MFA and conditional access tuned for small and mid-sized teams.
- Email and domain setup Domain verification, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up correctly to keep mail flowing and credible.
- Licensing that fits Right-sized licence mix so you pay for what you actually use, with room to scale.
- Ongoing administration User onboarding, offboarding, permission changes and tenant housekeeping handled for you.
- Training and adoption Short, practical guidance so users get value from Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive quickly.
Cloud & VMware Migration
Moving off ageing servers, VMware or another cloud into a platform that suits your business. We plan carefully, test properly, and keep users productive during the change.
- Server and VMware off-ramp Migrating file servers, application servers and VMware workloads into Microsoft 365, Azure or a fit-for-purpose cloud.
- Cloud-to-cloud migrations Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, tenant-to-tenant consolidations after acquisitions, and similar moves with data and permissions preserved.
- Discovery and planning We map what you have, what it costs to run, and what a sensible target platform looks like before any data moves.
- Email, files and identity Mailboxes, shared drives, SharePoint sites and user identities migrated in a defined order that minimises downtime.
- Cutover and rollback Planned cutover windows, clear comms, and a rollback plan in case anything needs to be paused.
- Tidy handover Documentation of the new environment so your team (or ours) can run it without guesswork.
Cloud Backup & Continuity
Third-party cloud backup and cloud-to-cloud backup so your Microsoft 365 and SaaS data stays recoverable — even when native retention runs out or something is deleted in error.
- Microsoft 365 backup Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams data protected on an independent backup platform.
- Cloud-to-cloud backup SaaS data backed up to a separate cloud, not the same one it lives in, so a tenant-level problem is survivable.
- Point-in-time restore Recover a single email, file, site or entire user mailbox to a previous point in time.
- Retention aligned to policy Retention set to match your business, legal and audit needs — not just the provider defaults.
- Server and endpoint backup For businesses still running on-prem or hybrid, we can cover remaining servers and key endpoints too.
- Tested recovery Restores that have actually been tested, not just scheduled backups that nobody has checked.

Cloud Services FAQs
What cloud services do you provide?
We focus on the cloud services a small or mid-sized business typically needs: Microsoft 365 implementation and administration, migrating off on-prem servers or VMware, cloud-to-cloud migrations, and cloud backup including cloud-to-cloud backup.
Can you move us off our on-prem servers or VMware?
Yes. We assess what you are running, recommend a sensible target platform (usually Microsoft 365 and/or Azure for SMEs), then plan and execute the migration with minimal disruption. Servers are decommissioned only once everything is verified in the new environment.
Do you handle cloud-to-cloud migrations?
Yes. Common examples include Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, tenant-to-tenant consolidations after acquisitions, and moves between cloud platforms. We migrate mail, files, permissions and user identities in a defined order to minimise downtime.
Why do we need a separate backup for Microsoft 365?
Microsoft protects its platform, but you are responsible for your data. An independent cloud backup protects against accidental deletion, ransomware, malicious insiders and limits of native retention — and lets you restore a single item or an entire user to a point in time.
Are your cloud services suitable for small and mid-sized businesses?
Yes. Our cloud services are built for SMEs that need practical outcomes without a large in-house IT team. We right-size the solution, keep licensing sensible, and make sure it can be run and supported long after the project ends.
How much does a cloud migration cost in Singapore?
We don’t publish a rate card, because migration cost depends on the number of users and mailboxes, the volume of files and workloads to move, how many sites are involved, and whether the source is on-prem servers, VMware or another cloud. After discovery we return a fixed price in writing, usually within two business days, covering the migration itself; any ongoing administration or backup is scoped separately as a predictable monthly service.
Do you provide AWS services?
Our cloud practice is primarily focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure, which suit most SMEs we work with. We can advise on workloads that sit elsewhere, but we do not position ourselves as an AWS specialist.
