PTS Managed Services respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy is written to align with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), as administered by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). Where we handle personal data of individuals in other jurisdictions in which PTS operates, we apply the equivalent protections required under local law.

Information we collect
We collect information in two ways. When you fill in our contact form, request a proposal, subscribe to anything, or send us an email, we record what you have given us — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry. We use this to respond to you and, if appropriate, to keep in touch about the services you have asked about.
When you simply browse the site, we collect a limited amount of technical information through Google Analytics 4. This includes the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, the type of device and browser you use, an approximate geographic location based on your IP address (the IP itself is anonymised), and the source you came from (such as a search engine or another website). This information helps us understand which content is useful and how to improve the site. It is not used to identify you personally.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
How we use your information
We use the contact information you give us to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals or quotations, send the services or information you have asked for, and where you have invited us to, follow up periodically with information about our services. We will never sell or rent your contact details to anyone.
We use the analytics information to understand site usage in aggregate, to identify pages that are not working well, and to decide what content to produce next.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses a small number of cookies. The essential ones support core functionality. The analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 and help us count visits and measure how the site is used. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer. The site will still work without them, but some preferences will not be remembered between visits. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” setting which we respect for analytics.
Sharing your information
We share your information only when we need to in order to deliver a service to you, or where the law requires it. Specifically, we may share information with the staff and contractors who deliver PTS services to you, with technology providers who host the systems we use to run our business (such as Microsoft for email and document storage, and Google for analytics), and with our professional advisers where they need to see it to advise us. We require everyone we share information with to handle it confidentially and only for the purpose we have shared it.
If we are required to disclose information by law, by a court order, or by a competent regulator, we will do so, and where permitted we will tell you that we have done so.
International transfers
Some of the services we use store data outside Singapore, most commonly in the European Union or the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure it is protected to a comparable standard, consistent with our obligations under the PDPA.
How long we keep information
We keep contact information for as long as we are corresponding with you, and for a reasonable period after that for business and legal reasons. We typically retain enquiry records for up to seven years, after which they are deleted unless we are required to keep them longer. Analytics information is retained by Google Analytics for fourteen months and then automatically deleted.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and to withdraw consent for uses of your data that are consent-based. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ptsconsulting.com.hk with the words “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe in line with the PDPA.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC): www.pdpc.gov.sg.
Security
We protect personal data with the safeguards expected of an ISO 27001-certified IT services firm. These include encrypted transmission of data in transit, encrypted storage at rest where supported, access controls limiting who can see what, multi-factor authentication for systems containing personal data, and regular reviews of our security posture.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately at hello@ptsconsulting.com.hk so we can investigate and respond.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The latest version is always on this page, and the date of the last revision is shown at the bottom.
