We create and configure your tenant, set up users and groups in Entra ID, and enforce multi-factor authentication and conditional access from the start — not as an afterthought.
3. Email & domain migration
We verify your domain, configure MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly, and migrate existing mail, contacts and calendars from Gmail, Google Workspace or your old provider with no lost messages.
4. Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive
We design a sensible file and collaboration structure across Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, so documents have a logical home and sharing is controlled rather than chaotic.
5. Security baseline
Every build ships with a security baseline — MFA, least-privilege admin roles, anti-phishing, a healthy Secure Score and independent backup — so you start secure, not exposed.

How long does it take to set up Microsoft 365?
A straightforward new environment is typically ready within a few days; migrations with existing email and files take longer depending on volume. We agree a clear timeline at discovery and keep users productive throughout.
Can you migrate our email and files from Gmail or another provider?
Yes. We migrate mail, contacts, calendars and files from Google Workspace, consumer Gmail, other Microsoft 365 tenants or legacy systems, preserving data and minimising downtime with a planned cutover.
Will our staff lose access during the move?
No. We plan migrations around your working hours with a defined cutover and rollback plan, so people keep working while data moves in the background.
Which Microsoft 365 licences do we need?
We right-size licences to your team rather than over-selling. At discovery we recommend a sensible mix — Business Basic, Standard, Premium or an enterprise plan — with room to scale as you grow.
Do you set up security as part of the build?
Yes. Every Foundation Build includes a security baseline — MFA, conditional access, anti-phishing, admin hardening and independent backup. Existing tenants can have a dedicated Microsoft 365 security review.
