Vendor-neutral sourcing, Singapore and APAC fulfilment, and full lifecycle management
PTS simplifies business IT procurement across Singapore and APAC. We source hardware and software, manage shipping and delivery, and handle warranties and renewals, so your teams get the right kit without delays or admin overhead.
From standard laptop builds to large rollouts, we provide one accountable procurement channel with consistent pricing, clear documentation, and regional logistics experience.
What is IT procurement as a service?
IT procurement as a service means one partner handles the whole purchasing cycle — sourcing, quoting, ordering, delivery, warranty registration and lifecycle planning — rather than just selling you hardware. You set the standards; we benchmark pricing across vendors, manage logistics across Singapore and APAC, and stay accountable until the equipment is delivered and working.
Because we are vendor-neutral, recommendations follow your approved standards rather than a reseller margin. All hardware is sourced through authorised OEMs and distributors, and quotes are priced in SGD with GST-compliant documentation. Procurement is available standalone — no PTS support contract required — and for regional offices our group capability in Hong Kong and Shanghai covers cross-border fulfilment.

IT procurement FAQs
Are you an authorised reseller or do you source grey market?
We source through authorised OEMs and distributors. All hardware is sourced through official channels, with proper warranty terms and coverage confirmed at the time of quoting. Grey-market or parallel-import stock is not something we use.
Do your quotes include Singapore GST?
Yes. We provide GST-compliant invoicing and documentation. Our quotes are priced in SGD and include local GST (currently 9%) where applicable. Singapore imposes no general import duty on most IT equipment, which we factor into our regional sourcing approach.
Can you procure for our Hong Kong or Mainland China offices?
Yes. We handle regional APAC sourcing with coordinated delivery across multiple sites. For China sourcing specifically, our group operates offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai, which gives us direct capability for cross-border fulfilment — contact us to discuss your regional requirements.
Do you handle warranty registration and returns?
Yes. Warranty registration, DOA handling, and RMA management are included in our procurement process. We track warranty expiry and renewals, coordinate advance replacements where available, and escalate with vendors so issues do not stall in a queue.
Do we need a PTS support contract to use procurement?
No. Procurement is available as a standalone service. We combine sourcing, regional logistics, and lifecycle support in one channel, and can work to your approved device standards or help you define them — independently of whether you use our managed IT support.
How much does IT procurement cost in Singapore?
There’s no rate card, because pricing is per quote: it depends on the models, specifications and quantities you need, current vendor and distributor pricing, and stock availability. Quotes are priced in SGD, include GST where applicable, and confirm warranty terms and lead times up front. Tell us the requirement and delivery locations, and we return a written quotation — typically within a couple of business days — with alternatives offered if stock is constrained.
How fast can you quote and deliver in Singapore?
We confirm pricing, lead times, and stock availability per quote, as these vary by product and vendor. We proactively offer alternatives when stock is constrained, and provide realistic ETAs with updates throughout the order. Delivery to Singapore offices can be coordinated as part of the same engagement.
For China sourcing and cross-border fulfilment, our group operates offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai — contact us to discuss regional requirements.
